Ronin no Sakura Kai Softronics (RnSK) offers the iPSP Movie Loader software program ("iPSPML") and web-based iPSP Movie Loader MovieMaker ("iPSPMLMM") at no cost to End-Users, Companies and Content Owners/Distributers/Licensees under the following Terms and Conditions:

1. iPSPML and iPSPMLMM are owned by RnSK. Your usage or redistribution does not constitute ownership.

2. iPSPML may be freely redistributed on a compilation, or from a website without prior permission of RnSK under the following terms:
iPSPML cannot be bundled with, served from, or linked to in ANY MANNER any material deemed to be Pornographic ("X Rated") according to the laws and standards of the United States of America.

iPSPML cannot be bundled with or served from any website or compilation to which the user does not own or retain the rights to, or is not licensed to distribute electronically.

iPSPML cannot be modified, altered or re-branded without a license to do so from RnSK or its authorized agent(s). Nothing in these terms grants such a license.

Use of iPSPML is not an endorsement of any content, contribution, website or entity by RnSK.

3. iPSPMLMM may be used freely by anyone to create PSP Movie Metafiles (".pspmovie files") without prior permission of RnSK under the following terms:

iPSPMLMM users acknowledge that their usage is logged, and can be suspended at ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

iPSPMLMM cannot be used to create .pspmovie files that serve, refer, redirect or link to any material deemed to be Pornographic ("X Rated") according to the laws and standards of the United States of America.

iPSPMLMM cannot be used to create .pspmovie files that serve, refer, redirect or link to any material to which the user does not own or retain the rights to, or is not licensed to distribute electronically.

4. iPSPML and iPSPMLMM are offered, at no cost WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER. You, by your usage of iPSPML and iPSPMLMM, agree to DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. You further agree that in case of loss or damage, direct, consequential or otherwise, that your only remedy is to cease usage of iPSPML and/or iPSPMLMM and release RnSK, the authors of iPSPML and/or iPSPMLMM, their partners and/or agents of ANY and ALL LIABILITY.

5. iPSPML and iPSPMLMM are offered under these terms only, and no other terms or agreements are applicable to the use or (re)distribution of iPSPML and iPSPMLMM unless secured in writing from RnSK.
